Byetta Attorneys for Pancreatic Injuries

PDF E-mail

The Attorneys of The Fox Law Firm are reviewing potential Byetta lawsuits.  Federal regulators recently announced that the diabetes drug Byetta has been connected to an increasing number of severe pancreatic problems in patients taking Byetta.

The Food & Drug Administration has received a number of reports of patients developing a dangerous form of pancreatitis while taking Byetta.

There have been deaths associated with the taking of Byetta and related pancreatitis.

The FDA has warned doctors and patients to cease the use of Byetta if they observe signs of acute pancreatitis.  Pancreatitis is a swelling of the pancreas that can cause symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.  The FDA also warned that determining the severity of the pancreatitis is difficult.

The FDA further advised that doctors prescribe a different drug than Byetta for any patients with a history of pancreas issues.

Amylin and Eli Lilly issued a typical statement warning patients of the potential for pancreatitis with complications.

Our experienced pharmaceutical drug severe injury attorneys are interested in reviewing potential Byetta pancreatic cases throughout the country.  If you would like to discuss your case with one of our attorneys, free of charge, please contact us immediately.

Our Byetta recall Attorneys are interested in speaking to anyone potentially injured by Byetta, or the loved ones of those injured by Byetta.
